We offer industry best practices Project Management including production of a dynamic Project Management Plan (PMP) including PMBOK, Agile, and SCRUM best practices. We establish a proper PMO scope control strategy that encompasses the goals and objectives of the project.
Our Program Office establishes organizational roles and responsibilities while balancing project priorities with other enterprise or organizational initiatives. We work directly with clients to implement a program governance model at the project, program, and management level to include any federal or company oversight requirements.
